Originally built in 1938, Amanda's Dream Suites vacation rental is a charming large wooden home offering two full stories with deep porches which overlook the garden and pool. An exterior stair case on one end of the building join the first and second floor. A renovation of the home in the early 1990's redesigned the floor plan so the home can also be utilized as two separate units. Both the first and second porches run the full length of the house, and most rooms have French doors that lead out to the porch. Furnishings are tropical, cheery. There is nice art work throughout. When rented as a complete complex, this home is the perfect setting for family gatherings or small reunions.

Garden Suite: The Garden Suite is the entire first floor of Amanda’s Dream Suites and offers over 1200 square feet of living space featuring a large living room with cathedral ceilings. French doors open off the living room into the garden and onto the porch. The first floor also provides a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. French doors open from the two bedrooms onto the porch. This first floor also offers a washer dryer and closed in outdoor shower.

The 1st floor master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2^nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3^rd bedroom, which offers 2 twin size beds, is entered through a door adjoining the second bedroom. This is ideal for children that need to sleep close by. The first floor also has a washer/dryer:

Tree Tops Suite: The Tree Tops Suite is the entire second floor of Amanda’s Dream Suites and offers about 750 square feet of living space. Soaring open beamed ceilings make the living room and galley kitchen space feel extra spacious. The 2nd floor provides 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Four sets of French doors connect the living room and kitchen with the spacious porch which runs the full length of the second floor and over- looks the garden and pool.

The 2^nd floor offers two bedrooms with a split floor plan. The master suite with king size bed, is very spacious and includes glassed in porch with two twin beds. The 2^nd bedroom, on the opposite end of the unit, has two twin beds with a window view to the pool. There is one full bath on the second floor.

Amenities: Spacious lush tropical garden directly in front of the home. Large 40' X 16' feet swimming pool (no heat, shared with 3 other properties in the Family Reunion compound if they are rented at the same time), color cable TV's, A/C, stereo, telephone, washer dryer, linens and towels provided, fenced yard, large porches, two kitchens.

Activities: Conveniently located to grocery shopping, art galleries, French Country and Cuban cuisine, and deli restaurant and bakery. Close to the beach (a short walk), and 2 parks. Area: This home is ideally located in the White Street Gallery District of Old Town Key West in a historic neighborhood just a few streets from White Street and Higgs Beach. From this location you can quickly walk to Fausto's Fine Food Palace (fine wine, cheeses, and gourmet foods), Sandy's Cafe of Cuban coffee, numerous art galleries (White Street Gallery area), and yoga and exercise studios. Duval Street shops, attractions, and the Historic Seaport District is a ten minute walk.
